1st time having this roast prepared with the Kalita. The sweetnesshas been extracted perfectly. Tasting notes of Lychee & passionfruit

I wasnt able to mention. I've had this coffee before, but usually with a V60. The Kalita definitely increased the sweetness, in a good way😁
